Greetings Brethren

We are now halfway through the year and it seems the work has just begun. We have several candidates at various stages of their degrees and we are busily trying to finish them up. We have started the 4th Saturday Breakfast fundraising and that is starting to bring in some funds. I can’t thank those that are there every time we hold one of these meals who help in the kitchen. A special thanks to Dave Kinson who heads up these meals. I would like to see more brothers participate when ever possible. Participation can come in many forms. If you are unable to help in the kitchen you can help pass the word or better yet come and enjoy the meal. Participation in your lodge activities is important for the continued survival of the Craft. We have been getting support from other Lodges as well and I want to thank Cheshire Lodge and Faithful Lodge for their support at the breakfasts and in getting the word out. I want to also thank all those that have sent contributions in to the lodge. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

I want to take a moment to mention those Brethren who are not well and that we should keep them in our thoughts. Worshipful Brother Oliver Cook who took a bad tumble and is still working on recovery. Brother Ervin Livingston who has not been feeling well and could use our support. Brother Harold Chase who has been back and forth to the hospital with health issues but at the moment seems to be working on recovering.  Keep these Brothers in your prayers and pay them a visit when possible.
